HP Zbook 15 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My notebook was upgraded from Win7 to Win10 using in place upgrade (not via format and reinstall).

Since then wifi does not work. When I turn it on ,it goes off again,

I have checked the power manager options and power settings in the driver separately. It is not a power manager related issue.

I also check the mobility settings and could not see a Wifi Setting.

Any ideas ?

Thanks

Hi:

Do you have your ethernet cable plugged in?

If you do, the wifi is automatically disabled unless you go into the BIOS and disable the LAN/WLAN switching setting.
