Thanks, it helped! However, even after updating the link speed remains the same. I discovered something by the way. On 2.4G, it got the full link speed of 150 Mbps but on 5g, it's only 86.7 Mbps! I don't understand why that happens!

Change the wifi channel on your router for 2.4G !
You have to try changing the wifi channel several times and do speed tests. In the present case there are too many other wifi access points using the same channel and therefore there are limitations.
There is a good youtube that explains how to find out what the best channel is using a third party smartphone app !
