Hello,

I don't know if this problem started after I upgraded my bios or not but this problem is driving me mad.

I am connected to my router via wireless. Every day or every other day suddenly my wifi gets disconneted while all other devices including my phone is working fine with wifi. Sometimes, this problem is resolved when I got to Control Panel, under network an sharing, change adapter setting, I disabale the wifi and enable it again it gets connected or I have to restart my Windows 11. Sometimes when I get wifi disconnected, even the Windows 11 cannot be restarted and I have to force shutdown by holding the power button for seven seconds.

My product Number: 2H5A8AV

Please help me because in the middle of classes suddenly my wifi is disconnected.

Thanks.

Hello @2H5A8AV

Does this problem happen in battery mode or with charger connected ?

HP Recommended

I checked it both. Today, it was on charger when happended but I am sure it was on battery too when I get disconnected.

My HP laptop didn't have this problem a few months ago now it is happening each day.
