I had a windows 10 on the laptop and i wanted to connect to the wifi but it didn't work, it showed me the wifi but I just couldn't connect to it, i then downgraded to Windows 7 and it works, i tried to to upgrade the drivers but it didn't work again. Hi@Damiiiiik,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing Wi-Fi issues with the HP Notebook on Windows 10.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- Try updating the network adapter drivers from HP.COM
- You can do Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.
Click here for the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10) link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
