Hi, I have been using this laptop since 2015. I have a very different and unfortunate issue. My laptop's wifi and bluetooth does not work properly together. I have purchased a bluetooth mouse, logitech m557. If I keep it connected with my laptop bluetooth, the wifi doesn't work, if I disconnect it, the wifi works but I lost the mouse connectivity. This was not the issue when I have not upgraded my bios to F82. It was completely working fine before this update. It took my 90 days and 3 ngff wifi+bluetooth modules to understand that it is not a hardware issue but a bios issue. Now, the biggest problem is I can't rollback to previous versions of BIOS, since nothing works with the WIN key + B key method. I tried HP UEFI diagnostics to rollback the bios, even that failed, it does not read the previous bios versions. Would anyone know how to solve this.
P.S. At one point, I feel so disappointed with HP that I want to throw my laptop from the rooftop. I regret my purchase now, would have gone for Dell.

Hi,
Your machine is not an HP Pavilion AB 15 031TX. I think it is an HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab031tx :
http://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c04934808
It came with Windows 8.1 64 and you have not installed proper drivers for the combo wireless+BT card which is a Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter.
Now please download and install the following drivers:
1. Wifi: Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Drivers
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp73001-73500/sp73310.exe
2. Bluetooth: Realtek RTL8723BE Bluetooth Driver
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp73001-73500/sp73250.exe
Regards.

Sorry, Yes you posted the correct machine ID, however, it is not the problem with the drivers. Since I am using my own purchased Win-10 64 bit home, not the preinstalled system one. I have accidentally removed the pre-installed OS, so I purchased my own OS. Everthing worked really well, before the bios update. I am 100% sure it is bios problem. But dont know how to roll it back since the WIN + Key combination is not woking for me.

Hi,
Looked like you were mucking around with your machine (removed pre-installed OS, using wrong BIOS) then blaming vendor. Please try
Press power button and start tapping the Esc key to access the startup menu. In the Startup menu select the F2 key. That will invoke the HP Advanced System Diagnostics. Select BIOS management and in the BIOS management screen select BIOS Rollback.
Hope this helps.
Regards.

Hello, I did not played around with the BIOS, its HP who are posting bios update on their software and drivers site for my machine, my only fault is I have updated my system's bios. I should have kept it to original.
And, on the advanced system diagnostics, it doesn't work in my system. Since I am using legacy boot not UEFI.
I tried installing the UEFI diagnostics to a flash drive and then rollbacking the bios, but even that failed. HP has somehow locked the bios to rollback with this newer version.

Hi,
BIOS F.82 is for Windows 10. You are running Windows 10 now. You can download, re-apply BIOS F.82 and re-install the above divers.
Regards.
