Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000

Losing my mind with this. Cannot turn on wifi on my laptop; every time I try to press the wifi icon it doesn't do anything. Have run HP support assistant, which tells me the wifi capability is turned off (but there's no physical wifi button...). Have reinstalled network adapter drivers, enabled/disabled/rolled back/updated etc. but don't think this is the problem as the network adapter has always been showing as "working properly". Wifi adapter is Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe.

Any help would be massively appreciated. Thanks
