I'd go with either one of these two:
Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part # / SPS # M27269-005
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro HP Part # / SPS # L35282-005.

In order to upgrade the wireless card, you would need to install a second antenna wire, which to do it properly would require extensive disassembly of the notebook.
I recommend you replace the RTL8821CE with a new one of the same model.
Below is the link to the service manual.
HP 15 Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide
If you install a model such as the RTL8822CE without adding a second antenna wire, you will not have Bluetooth reception.
