Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello guys. I'm having trouble with my laptop. I just recently factory reset the laptop and now I'm having trouble connection to wireless internet or wifi. The laptop is only giving me the options of connecting through broadband or dial-up connection and I tried broadband multiple times with still no luck of connecting to internet. I also went online to find drivers but I don't how to do any of the steps or anything pertaining to that. Please someone help me and give me an explanation and resolution.
