Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

wifi adapter gets disable and hidden after 2-3 mins ,as soon as I turn on my laptop.

 

I tried every solution mentioned on hp site but problems remains. pls take control of my latop and solve my problem

I suggest you follow the below steps to resolve this issue, as we don't have any remote session options as such to take control of your device as of now:

 

1) Open control panel.

2) Go to administrative tools.

3) Double click on computer management.

4) Click on services and application →services.

5) Scroll down till you find “WLAN AutoConfig”

 

Double click to open select startup type as Automatic and under service, status clicks on start.

Click on apply close all windows now you will see WiFi working.

 

If you have more than one antivirus program installed, please ensure you remove everything else and keep only one software to resolve such issues.

And if the issue persists, the best way to resolve the issue is by using the HP Guided Troubleshooter:
