According to the parts list you probably have an Rtl8821Ce
However, you might put your serial number at the above site to verify.
The Rtl8821Ce has only one antenna connector. There is a recent discussion about this device by @Paul_Tikkanen and a recent driver was listed along with a replacement recommendation that required 2 antennas, not just 1.
