Hello everyone,
I recently performed a reset on my PC, and since then, I've been experiencing some issues with my WiFi connectivity. Specifically, I'm unable to connect to the WiFi properly as I can only see 2-3 networks available. Even when I manage to connect, it's only for a few times, and most of the time, I receive an error message stating "Can't connect to this network." Additionally, when I do get connected, I notice that only two signal bars are filled, despite being in close proximity to the router. Furthermore, the WiFi connection frequently drops. I've attempted to resolve the problem by updating the driver, but it appears that the most up-to-date drivers are already installed. I've also tried resetting the network settings, but the issue persists. In an effort to troubleshoot, I followed some commands suggested by a YouTuber and experts on the HP Support Community. However, the problem still persists. In my Device Manager events section its showing like this: Device PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8852&SUBSYS_88E1103C&REV_00\00E04CFFFE88520100 requires further installation.
Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Hi:
I was looking at the drivers on your notebook's support page and they are not the most recent ones available.
This is the latest driver I could find...
6001.10.353.0 12/22/2022

What does it show on the driver version and date page?
Does it show the correct version and date tab and the device status tab as working properly?
Unfortunately, I wouldn't know what you need to do to fix the problem in your screen shot.

its showing the correct the driver version and date. and the device status bar is also showing that its working properly. see this is the problem. I can able to connect to the network but the signal strength is very poor and disconnecting frequently. And also that my home network has 2 different networks one is 2.4 and the other is 5. I can only be able to connect only to the 5g network. I cant able to connect to 4g network of the home network. Its showing that cant able to connect to this network. And also only i can bale to view only limited number of networks on the available page. Please help.

Hi:
Unfortunately, there is nothing more that I can do to help.
If your notebook is still under warranty, I recommend that you contact HP customer service and submit a support case under the warranty.
There's a possibility that something is wrong with the Wi-Fi card hardware.
If your notebook is no longer under warranty, I recommend that you replace that troublesome card with this model.
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part # L35282-005
The above model Wi-Fi card is the same model that HP installed in my 15-ee0047nr notebook which has an AMD Ryzen 5 4500 U processor.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure.

This service teardown video may also be of help to you.
Good luck,
