Realtek RTL8852BE - VS WIFI 6 802.11ax PCle Adapter drops wifi . I've read there are issues with this wifi card. Is there a different card available that oould replace this card? If a different card is installed, do different drivers have to be downloaded?

According to chapter 3 of the service manual, only Realtek Wi-Fi cards were offered in the model series.
That card also only comes with one Wi-Fi antenna wire and any other equivalent or better model Wi-Fi card would need two antenna wires in order to work properly.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP currently has available if you have not done so already.
