Hi
When my Hp G8 255 comes back from the suspend mode, it often can't connect to any network, then I must start the network check HP tool to resume it.
I have a Win 11 os and the power saving settings for the network card is set to "never suspend"
Can you give me an advice about this problem?
Thank you!

You're very welcome.
Go to the device manager.
Click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category.
Click on the Realtek wifi adapter listed there.
Click on the driver tab.
If the driver version and date is 6001.10.356.0 December 22, 2023, then the driver was successfully installed.

I think you are referring to the power plan for the system.
There is a setting for just the WiFi card that needs to be unchecked
If that does not work then instead of rebooting try "scan for hardware changes"
I looked at your BIOS upgrades and did not see anything that might fix the problem. There are upgrades to the WiFi but you may have any of three different devices
Wireless LAN (WLAN) | Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac (2x2) Wi-Fi with Bluetooth 5 Combo Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (1x1) Wi-Fi with Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Intel Dual Band Wi-Fi 6 AX201 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax (2x2) WLAN and Bluetooth 5 Combo, non-vPro |
The above is suspicious as the 2x2 and the 1x1 are different models but the spec lists the same model name which cannot be right. Can you look in the device manager and report back the the model of the WiFi card? I would need the ven and dev as shown below
Thanks!

Hi, @Albesco
One suggestion I can offer would be to see if updating the Realtek RTL8852AE Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP has helps any.

You have the 8852AE card

I think Paul has the correct driver

Thank you!
I unpacked the zip file, so I had a new folder.
I lunched the exe file hpup.exe
It closes suddently and produces this log file, but I'm not so sure it has gone successfully
