i have a older hp envy m7 notebook, I can only connect to the internet via ethernet cable.

under adapter options only ethernet is listed.

airplane mode is only mode available under available networks.

under network information only ethernet is listed.

I think this problem has something to do with the intel (R) Dual band wireless AC7265 driver.  It says it has a problem.  I updated it it said it is the best driver for this device. Under properties it says this driver isn't connected to this computer code 45. It says to fix this problem connect this hardware device to the computer. device install requested 4/26/2019 it says device not using anyresources because it has a problem.
