I tried to use the internet today and everything Wifi related has disappeared off the laptop. It is only giving options for an Ethernet connection.

Hello @Jianinav

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...

(1) In most cases you can find solutions for minor problems via a search engine:

https://www.windowscentral.com/how-enable-or-disable-airplane-mode-windows-10

(2If the wireless device is still not visibleroll back the wireless driver.

This guide repairs a graphics driver:

https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-roll-back-a-driver-in-windows-2619217

=> You will of course need to do this to fix your wireless device <=

( Just en example, check if you have Realtek or Intel or ... wireless device )

Hi, I tried all of the solutions and nothing has worked. I did get this error message in one of the steps. Not sure if that helps to pinpoint the problem.
