Hello.

 

How to fix such weird error?? Im just doing my normal activities and sudently the wifi shuts off and i cant troubleshot it because it just keeps freezing the screen everytime i try to move the pointer or close any windows, forcing me to shut down the pc!

Before this problem was happening but i was able to troubleshot it but now not anymore! Whats wrong with my new pc?? Is new! Is this a factory fault? hardware problem?
