Hi,
I have just purchased a brand new HP Pavilion 13-an0006na from the HP store, and it keeps disconnecting from the internet.
I have tried reinstalling the wireless adaptor through the device manager and also used the windows network diagnostic, where it restarts the wireless adaptor each time, yet this problem still persists. If anyone could give some more suggestions that would be very helpful as it is meant to be my new uni laptop and would like to get the problem fixed before I go.
