I updated to 1903 today. Now my laptop doesn't recognize that it has internal Bluetooth capability. No Bluetooth icon in the Device Manager (hidden objects displayed), I have manually installed drivers from HP, I have run the troubleshooter, which says my laptop doesn't have Bluetooth capability, I have run smc/scannow, I have enabled the services in services.msc, and literally everything else I've found in 4 hours of looking on countless forums. I don't even know if the wireless adapter driver is the same one that I had before the update, but I manually installed the latest ones. I despise trackpads and I now have a $90 Logitec Laser Paperweight. Thanks Microsoft.

ANY AND ALL SUGGESTIONS ARE DEEPLY APPRECIATED!

After hours of useless 'solutions,' I finally fixed this problem by deleting my Wi-Fi adapter, and and unidentified USB device in device manager and rebooting three times.  The last time, the unidentified USB device just showed up as an other device.  I was able to right click and update drivers, and it identified as Bluetooth. Hope this helps someone. This was very aggravating.
