Hi,

My HP Stream laptop was working fine until force Windows 11 update 25h2.

Now I can't even switch Wifi on, don't even have the option, I have redownloaded the drivers from HP direct to try and resolve but I cannot even see the realtek drivers on the Device Manager List under network adapters.

Followed many solutions and none working, currently having to use mobile for internet via USB tethering - this is obviously not a permanent solution and need to resolve as soon as possible.

HP says code 103 drivers missing - this also isn't helpful as I have redownloaded all drivers for this laptop so how are they still missing!!?

So frustrating, any help very much apprciated.

Thanks!

Product ID or model of your stream PC?

HP Stream laptops commonly use:

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 driver is here

or

Realtek RTL8852CE Wi-Fi adapters (802.11ac or b/g/n/ac)  the driver can be a problem

try this one, maybe it will work.
