I have a 2 month old HP Omen 17-cb0xxx running windows 10 64 1903
The wifi adaptor no longer appears as available.
The device is an Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz.
Driver is 21.70.0.6 from 07/01/2020
If I enable this device, I get a code 10 from it every 30 seconds, with no wifi, and regularly lose use of my mouse pointer (it freezes).
If I disable it, my mouse pointer is fine, but I have no wifi.
Is this a known issue?

Where did you get new driver from ? Please use older driver from HP support site for the Omen 17-cb0000 series which is fully tested.

Thanks for the reply.
I got the new drivers from the intel website. I have rolled back the drivers, and have the same reaction. Mouse stalling and get 'This device cannot start. (Code 10) {operation failed} The requested operation as unsuccessful.
I guess that I will be contacting HP tomorrow for replacement hardware under warranty.
Thanks.

Did the HP Omen 17 cb support the AX200 (I assume BIOS is up to date)? Do you have the same issue with the default card?

In the end, it turned out that the drivers used are not the drivers that you would expect (don't waste your time with driver changes). In my case, the issue was 'cured' by shutting down, removing the power lead, and pressing the power button for 20 seconds to hard reset the hardware. It's happened once since, but it does partially fix the problem - give it a go.

I was instructed to do this by HP. I had to shut down the laptop, then disconnect everything that was connected to the laptop, then disconnect the power lead. After that, press and hold the power button which I am guessing opens the connection to the non-removeable battery briefly after a fixed time period. I tried to find a video of this for you, but the closest I found is for similar HP laptops. If HP haven't asked you to do this, give it a go - it worked for me. https://youtu.be/5NJQM8vJa9Q
