OK...
Before we proceed any further, please post the hardware ID for the Standard VGA adapter like you did for the wireless adapter when you reported that the Wi-Fi was not working.
I want to make sure that your notebook has an Intel graphics adapter.
Maybe it has some other model graphics adapter?

OK that ID is an Intel graphics adapter.
The only other suggestion I can offer would be to see if the graphics driver directly from the Intel site works.
First one on the list.
Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.40]

Sorry that didn't work.
Since I have no other ideas you can try as you can't find the graphics driver setup information file to browse to unfortunately, I won't be able to help you anymore.
You may have to take the PC into a local repair shop and see if they can get the graphics driver to install for you.

hello, someone is telling me it could be the window7 software i used in formatting my laptop, he said i can try and get another window7 and format the laptop again and see.
just thought i should ask if you can help with a window7 software so that i can download it and use to format the system and if the problem persists, i can then find a time to visit an engineer.
Thanks
