Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When starting my computer today, it did not immediately connect to Wi-Fi like usual. When I went to choose my network, the option for Wi-Fi disappeared completely. I ran a diagnostics test and it said the IRQ test failed. How do I go about resolving this issue? My computer is just outside of warranty and I'm hoping it's not a parts issue. It's only 14 months old.
