I seem to be having issues with my wireless adaptor.
It continually freezes when streaming via a microsoft wireless adapter to my TV, showing the blue screen with stop code: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED.
Now every internet connection I use is terrible but only on this computer. Barely fast enough to run a speed test and when I do the ping is around 1000 and downloads at .10mb per second.
I have tested multiple different computers and they aren't having issues with the same connections,. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver using the device manager. Are these problems related or just a coincidence? Any tips would be great.
Laptop is approx 6 weeks old. Product ID 00325-81663-46499-aaoem
Thanks

Hi:
According to the parts list for your notebook, it has the terrible Realtek RTL8822BE wifi card.
The only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if the latest drivers for that card help any.
