Hello

I have more than 25 laptops of HP 15-daxxxxtu series and i found a same problem in all that request time out error occur randomly when i ping. At the same time when we connect through pnp wireless usb or other laptop network work perfectly.

When i search this series  HP website for specification of wireless chip found no result.

My question is this series laptop wireless having problems or  if you have any idea to resolve this issue.

It comes with the Realtek RTL8723DE wifi/Bluetooth adapter.

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to update both the wifi and Bluetooth drivers to their latest versions and restart the PC.
