Hey, I am facing this issue from last month. When my wifi adapter is not working properly, Sometimes it searches for wifi networks but many times it shows no connections are available. After this I tried troubleshoot the network adapter system it shows please plug ethernet cabel. When I check the device manager the wireless divice wasn't there but as soon as i check hidden divices it is there. Also F12 key which turns on/off this network adapter is not working.

Hi,

Most of the time power cycling both laptop and modem at the same time will fix the problem.

Firt of..

Shut your computer down properly

Uplug the charger and take out the battery (if possible)

Press and hold the power button for 30 secs (Expect nothing will happen on the screen)

Leave the computer just like that (battery and charger out)

Go to your modem

Simply unplug the power cable and leave the modem for 30 secs

Plug the power cable of your modem and wait until the LED lights stabilized

Plug the battery and charger of your computer and turn it back on

Click to your wifi and enter your wifi password

Regards,

ichi

Hey Ichhi I did this when i start laptop it get connected. But when i restart my laptop the problem remains same
It is not searching for wireless networks, and it is not troubleshooting for wireless adapter. It keep saying plug ethernet cable properly.

Hi,

Troubleshooting the internet connection issues doesnt stop after doing the steps I mentioned above..

You have you to download the proper drivers for your computer including the BIOS update..
