I have been having an issue for a few weeks where I can't connect to my WiFi printer. The printer works fine from several other devices. In Windows the printer shows as being offline. I removed the printer and attempted to reinstall it. The Epson software can't locate the printer during software installation. When I try to ping the printer, I get a "general failure" response. I am guess that something I did as instructed in this thread to solve a WiFi issue is preventing me from being able to connect to the printer.

Any help is appreciated.

Chris
