Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to Reset This PC. Since it will nit detect the wireless router, nor when I connect it directly to the router.  

It is also on airplane mode, which I can not turn off cause there is no WiFi detected.

Please check in the Device Manager and let me know if you see the Wireless driver.

 

May I know how did you perform the Reset?

 

Do you have other devices connected to your network?
