Hi

I am having a problem with my HP 15 Notebook wireless adapter, At random points it will turn off and I have to reinstall the driver or go into device manager to disable it and re-enable. When it turns off the wireless key light turns orange instead of white(on). I would like a reply really quick as this is really annoying and have been happening for 1-2 months now.

Hi ,

In this Case , It might be the issue with the BIOS settings .

Could you try the BIOS defaults ,

To get into the unit BIOS >> Restart the the unit and on boot keep tapping the F10 key .

So that it would take you into the unit BIOS where you might see "Restore default" or BIOS defaults option .

Please do try that step and then I would request you to update the unit BIOS and check

This is to isolate the issue .

Please to reply back with the results .
