Wireless devices not found

HP product name: HP Pro book X2.

Error received: No Wi-Fi networks found

I tried trouble shoot, didn't work.

I downloaded hp support assistant and updated WLAN drivers that didn't work either. 

What should I do next to solve this issue?

Hi

Show/Prove you have a WiFi adapter.

Copy, Paste and Save in Notepad, as LBB.bat (not a .TXT) and double click to run.
Preferably run as an Administrator.
OR copy and use the individual command lines as needed.
Post anything non-personal, but relevant please.

If you press the WinKey + R

If you then type

msinfo32     ---- a screen should open.

cmd.exe pause           ---  a screen should open.

then type    getmac     you get a list of adapters,

upto three, ethernet, bluetooth and WiFi.

netsh wlan show interfaces              etc etc.
