Help! I am at my wit's end with this issue! My HP Pavilion 15-cs2000 series laptop randomly stopped connecting to wireless internet a couple days ago. After doing update of driver, it worked one day, then has gone down again and will not work. A wireless internet option does not appear under the network options (only airplane mode is visible.) When I go into device manage, it fluctuates between telling me the driver is up to date, and saying the driver has an error. After connecting via ethernet, I uninstalled and attempted to reinstall/ update the wireless driver and have restarted numerous times, but nothing seems to work. I have downloaded the wireless driver to USB drive from the Intel site as well, uploaded it on the faulty computer and still does not work. I have done all the troubleshooting suggested by the HP virtual agent, up to completely restoring my system, which I really don't want to do. Any advice would be appreciated!

(P.S. Bluetooth is also not working now! As of last night. My headphones, which have been previously paired with my laptop with no issues, no longer connect. The computer does not allow me to remove them from the paired Bluetooth devices either. Bluetooth does not even show up in the device manager list.)

I honestly don't know what's going on, but I am reconsidering owning any more HPs... I have only had this computer for one year.
