Hi,
My Pavilion Wireless Keyboard and mouse was working just fine for many months and then it stopped.
Now, when I plug-in the USB key, it says "USB Not Recognised"
This is not a battery issue - I have changed the batteries.
I have tried to look on the HP website to refresh the driver, but have not managed to find the correct driver.
Any help, suggestions welcome.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- What is the exact product number of your devices? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
- Have you tried connecting this keyboard on a different computer?
While you respond to that, update your computer software driver and power reset.
