I reacently bought a WWAN Module and installed it in my laptop, but I always get this message when I do a hard reset or turn on my laptop:

"Wireles Module Not Supported". "The System has dected that a Wireless Module installed in the system is not supported and disabled it." "WWAN Module ID (703)". "Enter - Continue Startup". " For more Information, please visit: www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup".

Yes. That is the good old HP whitelist. You can only install the wireless cards HP has designed to run with that laptop. If you try to use a non-HP part, as you are doing, we can see what happens.

See page 83 of the Manual here for options:

Manual

Example:

Intel Wi-Fi Link 6300, 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN module   572511-001

I  see they updated the BIOS on Feb 28 2018 with a UEFI type. HP8460p. I haven't flashed mine yet. I am just wondering if they allow any  AC wireless adapters yet?

HP has said they are not going to remove the whitelist from BIOS updates for models that had the BIOS whitelist. But you should install it and see.

That's to bad, even if I had to buy the AC WiFi from HP,I would. Well, they're not to expensive maybe I'll get a Intel based one and try it?? Any thought on that? Intel/Broadcomm/Atheos?

I like Intel wifi modules myself but you can only install those adapters listed in the Service Manual. Do you have a copy of it?
