Wireless mouse not working

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an wireless keyboard mouse combo 200. The keyboard works perfectly, the mouse is not connecting to the receiver. I have already changed the batteries, tried different computer, performed the re-connection as in the manual, nothing works.
