I have just set up my new AIO. I have opened the OSD and changed the wireless charging mode to ON, but my phone still won't charge. My phone is capable of wireless charging. What else can I try? I have just been into the BIOS as per the instructions and there isn't any Power Tab to enable the Wireless Charging inS4/S5

Hi @Blueiis,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've taken the right initial steps to enable wireless charging on your HP Pavilion AiO PC 27. Since the wireless charger isn't working despite enabling it in the OSD (On-Screen Display) and the BIOS lacks the option for Wireless Charging in S4/S5, there are a few additional things to try.
Ensure Proper Placement of the Phone
- Make sure your phone is placed correctly on the wireless charging pad or the marked area on your AiO PC. Sometimes, the phone must be positioned precisely for the charging to initiate.
Check for Software or Firmware Updates
- Go to the HP Support Assistant or your computer's update settings and check for any available updates, including system firmware, BIOS updates, or driver updates that might enable or improve wireless charging functionality.
Disable and Re-enable Wireless Charging in OSD
- Try turning off the wireless charging option in the OSD, restarting the system, and then turning it back on. Sometimes a simple reset can fix minor issues.
Verify that the Phone is Compatible
- Double-check that your phone supports the Qi standard for wireless charging, as this is the standard that most devices, including the HP Pavilion AiO PC 27, support.
Check for Any Other Charging Settings
- Look for any additional power or charging settings in the OSD or Windows settings. Some systems have power-saving modes or battery settings that might prevent wireless charging.
Inspect for Physical Obstructions
- Ensure there are no thick cases, metal objects, or other obstructions on the phone that could prevent it from charging wirelessly.
Try a Different Wireless-Charging Compatible Device
- Test the wireless charging feature with another wireless-charging capable phone to see if the issue is specific to your phone.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
