HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer
macOS 10.14 Mojave

cannot renew wireless printing from my HP Envy 7115 due to change of internet provider.  (Printing OK with cable.);

Now printer says IP address not connected.  network name not available.  wizard looks for tuner without success.  tried everything, even got a familiar network name that I could not use, due no idea about requested password.

was OK until latest update from Apple, 2 days ago, to Ventura 13.5.2.   tried HP Smart but got nowhere.  any ideas???

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please use the following Guide:

                  https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1736500-1626554-16

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Regards.

finally moved the printer facing the "Ignite" box given by my new provider Rogers.  Printer managed to connect to a wifi in network and trying passwords, finally successfully connected to WIFI.  Moved printer back to original position, two rooms away and WIFI remained connected.now prints ok.  Note:  it was printing ok before, until my previous server, Bell, finally cut me loose and wiped out over 300 emails received.
