Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I reset this computer (hp pavilion 23 all in one) and signed in. And now it won't let me on the internet. I've looked many ways to fix this issue. Nothing is working. I cannot update windows because it's not connected to the internet. I've just tried resetting again.
