Hi All,
After I upgraded my Zbook 15 G2 computer to Windows 10, it often had errors or rebooted, especially the "blue screen of death" or often lost internet connection even though it still displayed 4 wifi bars. It took me several months of effort to search on HP support (no longer supporting drivers for Wireless and bluetooth) and other places to download the driver to update correctly, but it only reduced the frequency of losing internet connection (meaning it was not completely fixed, the connection was still lost from time to time), and now bluetooth was lost. After months of searching and troubleshooting without being able to solve the problem, I finally found a solution:
1/ Install Windows 11, now the computer is missing 5 drivers (don't know what they are because it shows an exclamation mark (!) and question mark (?)
2/ Install HPSupportSolutionsFramework (the day I write this post when I downloaded it was version 13.0.1.131), the system will automatically update and install the appropriate drivers, fixing 2, still missing 3 drivers
3/ Download and install Realtek USB and PCIe Media Card Reader Drivers - sp98820, fixing 1 more, 2 left
4/ Download and install Intel Bluetooth Driver (https://www.hwdrivers.com/hw_ids/f012780), fixing 1 more, 1 left
5/ Download and install APP Server (BTHENUM\{74ec2172-0bad-4d01-8f77-997b2be0722a}_LOCALMFG&0002) with sp101771.exe (https://www.driveridentifier.com/scan/bluetooth-server-driver/driver-detail/BF11FA3D871D4AE1A6F77512... but not yet fix, ok, accept it for now, because having perfect stable internet and bluetooth to use is too good, I will find out to handle this later, or if you know the right driver, please add it! Thank you
Finally, my computer has all the drivers including Bluetooth that HP support has deleted and no longer supports for a long time and my computer runs Windows 11 smoothly, well with all the drivers.
If you install Windows 10, you can do the same, because I didn't find this way when I installed Windows 10, but when I installed Windows 11, I found a way to solve it completely, 🙂
Good luck to you
