HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV)

I have a NBN FTTB on a 100 Bundle.  My tablet and mobile are on the same wifi system and the download speed on those two devices is over 100 Mbps.  Unfortunately my laptop which is also on the same wifi system only has a download speed of less than 10 Mbps.  This only started about a week ago and I haven't downloaded anything that should interfere with the speed unless it was connected to the Windpws Updates I received and installed about a week ago.

I have spoken to MS Office and they were unable to fix the problem saying it was an ISP problem.  I contacted my ISP provider who is TPG and they couldn't fix it either.  I even went to the TP-Link website and they couldn't fix it either.

I downloaded HP Assistant and have gone through all of the troubleshooting apps but still no change.  Does anyone else have or has had the same problem and if so how did you fix it?  I am using Windows 11 as my OS.

Here's a tutorial from the Win11 Community forums that might help:

I did Step 1 and 2 all seemed ok.

Step 3 was a problem as the Windows PowerShell did not accept the command that was given.

Still having the same problem with internet speed.
