thank you so much

Everything seems to work now, but I have 2 unknown devices I cant figure it out what are they

HP Recommended

You're very welcome.

Please post the hardware ID's for the unknown devices.

To find the hardware ID, click on the unknown device needing the driver.

Then click on the details tab at the top of the unknown device window.

Now you will see a Property drop down list and it will be set to Device Description.

Drop down on that list, and select the 2nd item (Hardware ID's).

Post the top string of characters that you see in the window.

Hi:

For the first one, run this hotfix...

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2920188

The 2nd one should have been installed by the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework firmware.

See if you can manually install the driver by going to the driver folder that was created when you ran sp72106.

Click on the INT3400 device needing the driver.  Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.  Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to C:\sp72106.

Make sure the include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
