Product: HP envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to connect my beats studio 3 wireless headphones to my hp envy x360. My Bluetooth device won't show up in Bluetooth devices and my little brother's headphones do. I am able to connect headphones to my laptop, but my headphones won't connect to my laptop. I have connected it to my Samsung tablet and any other devices except for this computer. What should I do?

 I just looked it up and it is a 64 bit operating system
