Having bluetooth connectivity issues with my laptop. I am not able to successfully pair all bluetooth devices on my laptop, namely my Tozo earphones and beats pro earbuds. I have been able to connect other headphones and a speaker, but for some reason the setting manager will say that my Tozo earphones are connected, but no audio will come out of them. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the bluetooth device drivers, but no luck!
I thought it was a faulty computer, so returned it and got another new envy (same device), but it had the same problem. Funny thing is that I was able to connect my same Tozo earphones to a display model at the store with no issues.
This seems to be a recurring problem with your product for such a standard bluetooth feature that should not be acting up out of the box. Please provide or a fix or this will be my last HP product I ever purchase.

I believe the challenge is coming from the Windows 11 operating system. There have been several users who have complained about the driver issues, hardware problems, and software challenges with the Windows 11 Operating System. Windows 11 is still in early development and so most websites advocate against upgrading to Windows 11 at this early stage and suggest we use Windows 10 till Windows 11 has been sorted out.
That being said, you might want to use Windows 10 to see if you can connect your audio device to the Laptop.
