Hi @mdnumanzeya

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I understand that you are experiencing issues with the Bluetooth driver on your HP Victus laptop, where the driver appears in Device Manager after a restart but disables itself and disappears after a few minutes of use. Please note that HP has not yet released dedicated drivers for Windows 25H2, which may be contributing to the instability you are facing.

To assist you further, I recommend the following steps:

Restart Bluetooth Service

  • Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.
  • Scroll down and find Bluetooth Support Service.
  • Right-click on it and select Restart.
  • If it’s not running, right-click and select Start.

Check Device Manager

  • Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
  • Look for a Bluetooth category. If you don’t see it, it may be under Network adapters or Other devices.
  • If you see an exclamation mark or error icon, right-click on it and select Update driver or Uninstall device, then restart the laptop to reinstall Bluetooth drivers automatically.

Reinstall or Update Bluetooth Drivers

  • In Device Manager, expand the Bluetooth section.
  • Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter and select Update Driver.
  • You can choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
  • If that doesn’t work, visit HP’s official website and download the latest Bluetooth drivers for your laptop model.

Alternatively:

  • Right-click on your Bluetooth device in Device Manager, select Uninstall device, and then restart your laptop. Windows should automatically reinstall the Bluetooth drivers.

Run Windows Troubleshooter

  • Open Settings and go to Update & Security.
  • Select Troubleshoot and then Additional troubleshooters.
  • Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter and follow the instructions.

Check Airplane Mode

Make sure your laptop is not in Airplane Mode, which disables Bluetooth and other wireless features:

  • Click on the Action Center (bottom-right corner of the taskbar).
  • Ensure the Airplane Mode button is not highlighted.

Check the Bluetooth adapter in BIOS

  • Sometimes, Bluetooth can be disabled in the system BIOS.
  • Restart your laptop and press the F10 key (or the key specified for BIOS on your HP model) to enter BIOS.
  • Look for Bluetooth settings under the Advanced tab and ensure it is enabled.

I hope this helps

Take care and have an amazing day!
