Yes, it definitely helps.

That's a Ralink Bluetooth controller.

Here's the driver for it.  Your notebook's support page did not have the driver for this Bluetooth adapter either.

MediaTek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver

11.0.761.0

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71572.exe

Unfortunately, you will probably experience the sudden disappearance of the Ralink Bluetooth device in the future because that Bluetooth adapter does not work well on the newer builds of W10.

The only solution would be to use a USB Bluetooth adapter or replace the internal Ralink Wi-Fi card with a different model card where the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth both work on W10.

Hi:

The parts list for your notebook indicate that it comes with a Realtek RTL8723BE combination Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter.

If that is correct, you need this W10 Bluetooth driver for the Realtek Bluetooth, and I don't see that driver listed on your notebook's support page:

Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver

1.0.0.1021

You're very welcome.

Please post the hardware ID for the Bluetooth Controller so I can confirm what manufacturer makes the device.
