I have a HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC. I upgraded my PC from windows 8.1 to Windows 10(64-bit) and the bluetooth icon in the wireless area is missing and I can't see the bluetooth drivers in the device manager anymore.my bluetooth driver wont show up at all I have tried unistalling all the drivers under networking and reinstalling them and my internet has and is working just fine. Although the bluetooth is not showing up in devices I have no clue why I have worked hours to get it to work with no avail. Also I dont understand how the Bluetooth support service can be running withpout a proper driver installed. I just want to be able to use my bluetooth headphones on my laptop. I have tried all drivers I could think of too from this and laptops similar to this.
Please help me solving this isssue!

Hi,
Your HP Pavilion 15-p043cl does NOT have Bluetooth:
1. Its specs:
http://support.hp.com/bg-en/document/c04316163
2. Its parts list :
http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?SearchText=G6U06UA
Are you sure it did have Bluetooth before the upgrade ? May be different machine.
Regards.

By the way I have a query that is it just installing the driver?or I need to do anything else in addition to installing the driver?
what I did was I installed the drivers( downloaded from the link)
open Device manager
Action-> Add legacy hardware-->install the hardware I manually select from--> and then
search for the bluetooth driver(which I am not finding & please let me know how it will be specified as)
Am I doing it right? Please help me!
Thanks in advance

Yes it didn't have any bluetooth option before upgrade to windows 10! I was thinking there's a way I can download the bluetooth drivers and get the bluetooth option!
Anyhow i appreciate your timely response!
Thank you very much! 🙂
