Hi Dear forum members my HP envy laptop's bluetooth function stopped working following a recent window 10 update, the wifi bluetooth module installed on my laptop is a ralink branded one and it is not supported anymore. As far as I understand  I need to replace it with a supported model.  I need information support about what models are compatible with my laptop. My laptop's details are as follows "hp envy touchsmart sleekbook 4-1105dx Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3217U CPU @ 1.80GHz" . Any help is muchly appreciated and thanks in advance.

Hi:

 

If your notebook has a Ralink RT3290 Wi-Fi adapter the Bluetooth often disappears on the newer builds of W10 and there is no fix.

 

If you need Bluetooth, you will have to use a USB Bluetooth adapter.
