To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.
Meanwhile, try these:
- Turn on your Bluetooth speaker and make sure it's in pairing mode (you should see a blinking light).
- On your laptop, click on the Start menu and go to Settings.
- In the Settings window, select Devices.
- Click on Bluetooth & other devices.
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on. If not, toggle it on.
- Under the Bluetooth section, click Add Bluetooth or other device.
- Choose Bluetooth from the options that appear.
- Look for your Bluetooth speaker in the list of available devices.
- Select your speaker’s name to pair.
- Wait for the connection to establish. You might hear a sound or see a confirmation message that the speaker is connected.
