You're very welcome.

To access the BIOS setup, turn on or restart the PC.

Immediately tap the ESC key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen to get the menu of options.

Select the F10 setup option, and press the Enter key.

Now you should be able to view the various BIOS settings, and in there, should be settings to enable/disable the wifi, Bluetooth, and whatnot.

But it should show you the presence of a Bluetooth adapter if your notebook has Bluetooth.

Hi:

Not all models have built in Bluetooth, or whoever upgraded it from W7 to to W10, probably had the Bluetooth turned off during the upgrade.

You need this driver for the base system device (card reader).

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63637.exe

Check your notebook's BIOS for the presence of a bluetooth adapter.

If the BIOS indicates the bluetooth adapter is present, then see if this works to activate the bluetooth...

Make a bootable Ubuntu installer.

https://ubuntu.com/download

Boot from the ubuntu installer, and select the option to Try Ubuntu Without Installing.

See if you can turn on a Bluetooth adapter in Ubuntu.  If so, enable it, shut down the PC, remove the Ubuntu installer, turn on the PC, and Windows 10 should install the Bluetooth adapter for you.

You need to use the W10 client security manager software to enroll your fingerprint.

I discovered another issue😑 . Only left hear speaker works, the right speaker is not working.

I have tried to troubleshoot but it's telling me issue fixed and the speaker is still not working

Hi:

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that issue.

I think it is probably a hardware issue (broken speaker connection), but I suggest you start a new topic regarding the problem.
