Hello there;

I have a HP 250 G10 8A538EA. Serial number is [Personal Information Removed].

I setup all drivers and updated latest version. My OS is win 11 23H2.

Still i cant use bluetooth.

I tried to fix with using HP PC hardware diagnostics, both win and uefi, but all the test were OK.

I search bt device (mouse, logi m240). while my mobile phone's bt can list it, hp cant list. My HP doesnt list anything.

Then i tried to synchronize with my mobile phone but my hp never be listed.

How can i fix it? I think problem may caused by driver. Can you tell me how i  remove the driver and re - install it correctly. (i downloaded drivers from support.hp.com)
