@ashok117,

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

What is the product number of your HP Product? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Are you getting this error message while you are logging in to your PC or while performing any operating? Please do let me know.

The "bterror.exe" is normally associated with the Bluetooth adapter / drivers. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth drivers, to see if the issue can be resolved. Follow the steps below:

  • Press the “Windows key” + “R” to get the “Run” window. Type “devmgmt.msc” and press ok to get the “Device manager”.
  • Expand the “Network Adapters” and then right-click on your Bluetooth driver and select “Uninstall”.
  • Once uninstalled, restart your PC and then check.

Please respond to this post with the details so that I can provide you with accurate solution which should help you resolve this issue.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
