Are you getting this error message while you are logging in to your PC or while performing any operating? Please do let me know.
The "bterror.exe" is normally associated with the Bluetooth adapter / drivers. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth drivers, to see if the issue can be resolved. Follow the steps below:
- Press the “Windows key” + “R” to get the “Run” window. Type “devmgmt.msc” and press ok to get the “Device manager”.
- Expand the “Network Adapters” and then right-click on your Bluetooth driver and select “Uninstall”.
- Once uninstalled, restart your PC and then check.
