Hi. I can not connect to any wifi at all. Please help

Hello.

 

Check the wireless indicator light on F12 button. White means the wireless radio is on. Amber means it is turned off.

Pressing Fn + F12 should toggle the wireless radio on and off.

 

If your computer still does not see any wireless networks please check Windows Device Manager and check for any devices that have exclamation mark on them. Check also the Network branch and see whether there is a wireless device listed. Post a screen shot of the Device Manager if you are unable to identify the network devices.
